Agreement to Terms
By using our pool cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any changes.
Services We Provide
CMP Costa Mesa Pool Service offers professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Costa Mesa, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.
We will perform the services you request to the best of our ability. Service times and availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling needs.
Your Responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times
- Keep pets secured during our service visits
- Inform us of any pool equipment issues or concerns before we start work
- Pay for services according to the agreed payment schedule
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a service appointment
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless we have arranged a different payment schedule with you. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is typically due monthly in advance.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we may suspend service until your account is current. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
For ongoing weekly service agreements, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we performed, let us know within 48 hours and we will come back to address the issue at no additional charge.
However, we cannot guarantee results if you do not follow our care recommendations or if external factors beyond our control affect your pool condition.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access
For weekly service customers, you may provide us with access to your property when you are not home. We will take all reasonable steps to secure your property after each visit. You are responsible for providing any access codes, keys, or instructions needed to reach your pool area.
Chemical Use and Safety
We use professional-grade pool chemicals as part of our service. These chemicals are necessary to maintain proper water balance and sanitation. We follow all manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices when handling and applying pool chemicals.
After chemical treatment, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before swimming, or as otherwise directed for specific treatments.
